• Custom or personalised pieces may require additional time. We will inform you if there is any extension.

Shipping Time

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities may receive orders sooner. Remote locations may take a little longer.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–10 business days.

Tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link.

• You can track the order in real time.

Delivery Attempts

•Couriers usually make two delivery attempts.

• If the order returns due to missed attempts or an unreachable address, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Delays

Damaged or Tampered Packages

      1.    Take photos/videos immediately, and

      2.    Contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a courier claim.

Incorrect Address

We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
